How often should a boiler be serviced?+
Once a year is the standard advice, and manufacturers often require an annual service to keep the warranty valid.
What is flue gas analysis?+
It measures what comes out of the boiler flue to confirm the boiler is burning gas safely and efficiently. It is part of a proper service, not an optional extra.
Do landlords need a gas safety check as well?+
Landlords must have gas appliances checked every year by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Ask Josh when you book if you need landlord paperwork.
